Privacy Policy

Kaniworks (“we”, “us”) operates kaniworks.in. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Contact form: when you write to us we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to share. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation you started.

Analytics: we use privacy-focused, aggregate analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand visits by page and country. It does not use advertising cookies and does not build individual profiles. We also keep an anonymous aggregate count of visits by country for the counter shown in our footer.

What we don’t do

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel. Contact-form messages are delivered to our inbox via FormSubmit and email. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta’s WhatsApp terms apply to that conversation. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to serve the relationship, and delete them on request. Aggregate analytics contain no personal information.

Your rights

Wherever you are — including under the EU GDPR and India’s DPDP Act — you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to kaniworks25@gmail.com and we will act on it promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and its date. Questions are always welcome at the email above.
