Kaniworks product

LabourManager

From gate to payday.

LabourManager runs the people side of a work site: who came in today, what they are owed, what advances they have taken, and what Friday's payout should be — down to the last payslip.

It is built for real sites, which means it works with zero internet. Everything runs on the site computer, offline, and updates ship as a single file. No server, no IT team, no downtime because the network is down.

What it does for you.

Attendance at the gate

Daily check-ins captured as workers arrive. Attendance percentages update live through the week.

Wages & advances, one ledger

Every advance and deduction is recorded against the worker. Payday maths stops being an argument.

One-click payout runs

Run the week's payout and get every payslip generated, consistent, and ready to hand over.

Fully offline

No internet required — ever. The software runs entirely on the site desktop, so a network outage never stops work.

Zero-IT updates

Updates arrive as a single file that replaces the old one. Your data stays untouched. No technicians needed.

Reports that settle questions

Attendance registers, wage summaries, and advance histories — printable and exportable whenever someone asks.

How it works.

1

Install once

One installation on the site computer. No server, no network setup.

2

Mark the day

Attendance and advances entered as they happen at the gate.

3

Run payout

One click computes the week — wages, advances, deductions.

4

Hand over payslips

Printed, consistent, and archived automatically.

Questions, answered.

Does it need internet?

No. LabourManager is fully offline by design. Sites with no connectivity run it every day.

What about backups?

The data lives in a single local database file that is simple to back up — to a pen drive, a shared folder, or on a schedule we help you set up.

Can one office see multiple sites?

Each site runs independently; site data files can be consolidated at the office for combined reporting.

How do updates work if there is no internet?

An update is one file. Copy it to the site machine, replace the old one, done — your data is never touched by an update.

Curious how LabourManager would fit your operation?

We’d be happy to walk you through the live system — twenty relaxed minutes, your questions, honest answers. We always reply within a day.
